As Chance’s dad we know that God called us to use our misery as a ministry. Helping other families in their darkest days has helped us to survive.
This organization is an extension of who Chance is and how he cared about other people. He always had a watchful eye, a helping hand and a heart for those who were hurting.

Liz Etheredge
VICE PRESIDENT
Liz Etheredge is the executive assistant to the CEO of Tanyr Healthcare and R2 Healthcare. She has known the Clifton family for over 30 years and they are like family. Their families have served in ministry together and raised kids together. After the tragic loss of Chance, the Clifton’s saw the value of walking alongside other families in their time of grief. Through this the LIVE BIG foundation was formed and she couldn’t think of a better way to be the hands and feet of Jesus by serving and honoring the name of Chance!

Tom Yeakley
TREASURER
Tom is a Certified Public Accountant with an extensive background in finance and accounting. With a long-standing friendship spanning over two decades, Tom's family shares a close bond with the Clifton’s and have been active members of the same church community. During Chance's football career, Tom served as the accountant for the Hawks First Down Club. Tom is honored to serve on the Board of Directors.

Susan Hance Sorrells
Esq., SPHR
Susan is a licensed practicing attorney in Fort Worth, Texas. She is currently a Senior Consultant with Employment Practices Solutions, Inc. Susan's connection with the Clifton family spans back several decades and their sons shared many athletic and outdoor adventures together. Susan is honored to serve on the board to honor Chance’s memory and serve families in their darkest days.

Doak Lambert
Doak Lambert has been a professional auctioneer for over three decades and is a 1985 graduate of Texas A&M. The Cliftons and the the Lamberts share many happy memories of raising their kids together. Doak is honored to serve as a board member so the foundation can provide comfort to other grieving families.

Jason Wells
Jason Wells is the Superintendent of Bluff Dale ISD. He has spent 26 years in the education profession. He has been blessed to know the Clifton Family through Birdville ISD and church. He served at Birdville HS as the principal before moving to Bluff Dale and was the high school principal for all of Greg & Tina’s kids when they attended BHS. Jason said that Chance Clifton “lived big” every day, and it is a tremendous honor to serve on the board of this foundation in his memory.
